Originally this
website was focused on the buckwheat toxicity article
I
wrote in June 2004. Thousands of
people from more than 100 countries read the article. I
have received numerous testimonials from grateful
readers - some of them after experiencing painful
symptoms for 10 years or more. The article has been
duplicated on numerous websites - with my enthusiastic
permission and its summary has been translated in
several languages. Since then,
the article has appeared in a well known alternative
medicine journal, the Townsend Letter. Alternative
Health Care practitioners and many Health Food
aficionados are now well aware of the potential symptoms
triggered by over consuming Buckwheat Greens. I can
happily declare that my goal in making my research
public has been reached.
It is now my intention to expand the purpose of this
website to include many other topics. Recently I have added
a questionnaire in English
